I wasn’t able to send back some of the items I bought since they didn’t match the size I expected. I was told to hold onto the items and that they’d give me a 10% refund on the stuff I wanted to return. Your policy says returns are supposed to be simple. I won’t be buying from you again.

"Struggling to Return My Order..."
Right now, I'm in the middle of trying to send back some items that just didn’t meet my expectations from the photos and honestly don’t fit right. I was thinking about getting the shorts in a larger size since I actually like them. I spent over £50 on three pieces. Ever since I started the process for a full refund and figuring out how to return them, I've been getting the runaround with responses suggesting I keep the items. They first offered me 10%, then 25%, and finally 40% back as a sort of compensation. This back-and-forth has been dragging on for days, even though I've clearly stated I don’t want to keep them. Because of all this hassle, I’ve decided against reordering the shorts in a bigger size. I’m still waiting for a reply to my fifth request for a full refund and the return instructions. This is NOT how returns should work, especially when you’re shopping online and can’t see the product in person. If this isn’t sorted out, I will NEVER shop with them again, which is a bummer because they do have some nice stuff. If anyone else has faced similar issues, please share your experience. Thanks!
